the staff here are super friendly and helpful the room super comfy and the location was perfect for us a short stroll to the centre and to the rhine/park which was really nice to see etc, we did not have breakfast as i thought it too expensive as we had breakfast in the old town for 15 euro each, also we did have lunch at roomers which was super tasty but very expensive for lunch, i would have eaten at the hotel at least 3 more times with our stay but i felt it was very high priced, the smoking bar was super and really nice staff the guy gave us a slice of crack pie which anyone needs to try, with our bar snack because we were celebrating our 40 th anniversary , once again thanks to all we loved our stay at roomers and when back in frankfurt will definately stay, also there is a free candy bar a very relaxing 2 afternoon spent in the courtyard, bar outdoor area too

Convenient location near the main station. Very comfortable room has really everything you need. Thanks to front desk staff for an upgrade. Good beds. Very nice spa facilities. Excellent bar and restaurant. And above all, I have to emphasise extremely kind, helpful and competent staff on all levels. Congratulations and respect. At the end I have to say that this hotel, respecting in the same time preferences and rights of other guests, is in general smoking friendly. An oasis for a smoker like me in this time of anti smoking hysteria.

The rooms were lavish, and the mini bars and snacks were on point! The spa is super nice, and the hotel bar has a sexy interior, and was fairly full of people. It was lively. The hotel guests seemed to be mostly adults. I did not see any children at this hotel. The staff was super helpful with transportation, food, and suggestions. The only thing that could be improved would be to add air conditioners. It was hot during our stay. This place is fun!

The staff is phenomenal, and the vibe is fun. These guys helped with transportation, with ordering food, with a lost key, and they were pleasant to talk with. The Spa and the club are awesome. The rooms, treats, mini-bars are excellent. So much fun! I liked that this place seems fun for adults.
